Trade information
This site is operated in parallel with our other non-trade websites. This means it offers benefits not usually available on trade sites. For instance:
-Many trade sites require trade status or membership to view prices and order. This is not the case here - we are open to all.
-Many trade sites have a high minimum order - our minimum order is a nominal £3.95.
-Many trade sites expect you to pay high delivery charges (unless you spend hundreds of pounds with them) - we only charge £3.99 per order delivery (UK).
-In addition, you can mix trade and non-trade items. For instance you may wish to buy a retail size pack of one item to try it out before committing to a bulk pack.
Returns
Our returns policy is the same for trade and non-trade customers and can be viewed with all our terms. Please be aware that if the item is not faulty, the customer will be liable for postage in both directions. Heavy wholesale packs may be expensive to send back to us.
